Quotations

Every project begins with a conversation. Once we understand your requirements, we will provide a quotation before any work begins. There is no obligation to proceed.

Editorial Services

We provide editorial support, proofreading, editing, English language support and academic writing support. The level of service will always be agreed with you before work begins.

Confidentiality

All documents and information you provide are treated as confidential. Your work will never be shared with anyone else without your permission.

Copyright

Copyright always remains with you. We do not claim ownership of your work or its contents.

Timescales

Completion dates will be agreed before work begins. If circumstances change, we will keep you informed as soon as possible.

Payment

Payment arrangements will be agreed before work begins. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due within the period stated on the invoice.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel a project after work has begun, payment may be required for work already completed. This will always be discussed fairly and openly.
